SYFF aimed to shift cultural norms and promote women’s rights to land and property in East Africa. The campaign used a combination of storytelling, digital engagement, and community mobilization to challenge patriarchal land inheritance systems. It worked closely with male champions, trained local leaders, and developed legal literacy materials. By blending culturally grounded messaging with regional advocacy, SYFF helped re-frame land justice as a shared family issue and expanded access to information and support for women.
