#KulaFiti Campaign

The #KulaFiti campaign by KELIN in collaboration with GHAI addressed the growing public health crisis of non-communicable diseases (NCDs) by promoting healthier food choices, advocating for restricted marketing of unhealthy foods to children and front-of-pack warning labels for ultra- processed packaged foods. Using a strategy that focused on social media, the campaign collaborated with 12 influencers across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X to educate the public on the dangers of ultra-processed foods and push for policy reform. With carefully planned content, influencer coordination, and regular performance reporting, the campaign sparked conversations around food justice and consumer rights, achieving wide visibility and public engagement.
