As part of its service offering, Resolve provides tailored capacity-building support to clients. One such client, DD, was facing internal challenges due to a lack of shared understanding of the organization’s identity, which made it difficult for them to clearly define themselves even to their clients. Resolve facilitated a two-day training workshop designed to help the team reflect on and align around their organizational identity, as well as better understand both their internal and external operating environments. This intervention has since enabled DD to manage its operations more effectively and communicate its value with clarity
